Course Overview
Organizations need to ensure that they have the most competent people working for them. This involves not only recruiting the best employees, but also ensuring that these employees continue to acquire skills, knowledge and competence to perform their tasks efficiently and effectively. The Human Resource Management course encompasses both hard and soft skills necessary for the successful management of human resources. The course covers job analysis and design, recruitment, selection, induction, motivation, culture, power relations, remuneration and reward systems, conflict, and performance management. The legislative framework which informs human resource practice is also covered in this programme.

Duration
- 2 Days contact time including facilitation and group activities.
- 30 Days self study after which participants submit their portfolio of evidence
Accreditation
A certificate of competence will be awarded upon successful completion of the portfolio of evidence
