Course Overview
The workplace coach is the person within the organisation who will assist a staff member through on the job mentoring. The coach must be conversant not only in how to coach a staff member, but also in how to assist the staff member in obtaining the correct evidence in order to demonstrate their competence. The coach must be able to assist the staff member by conducting training sessions, monitoring their progress as well as reporting and reviewing the learning that has taken place.
