This is an interesting and important dialogue for the context of our country. The relationship between coach and coachee involves some of the intrinsic elements of human nature and development, namely trust, respect and honest sharing. The energy between the people involved is crucial for the ongoing journey. This will depend on the approach to solving issues and the approach for the way forward in deciding the road and direction in the interaction. Coaching is truly not only about fixing. It is a collaborative engagement.
I enjoyed reading the conversation. Well done Sandy
