Course Overview

This course is aimed at those who design learning programmes to meet defined learning needs, thus producing a brief for the development of the learning programmes. This course demonstrates the design and development of learning material in order to facilitate consistent, credible, reliable, fair, and unbiased training of learning outcomes.  This course  contributes towards the achievement of a variety of qualifications particularly within the field of Education Training and Development Practices and Human Resource Development. 

Learning Outcomes 

• Drafting learning outcomes for the programme.
• Conducting analysis for learning design.
• Designing the learning programme.
• Drafting a brief for the development of the learning programme.
• Evaluating learning design.

Duration

• 2 days contact time including facilitation and group activities
• 30 days self study after which participants submit their portfolio of evidence

Accreditation

A certificate of competence will be awarded upon successful completion of a portfolio of evidence
