Regenesys Management (Pty)Ltd. is registered as a private higher education institution by the Department of Education of the Republic of South Africa in terms of section 54(1)(c) of the Higher Education Act, 1997 (Act no. 101 of 1997), and Regulation 16(4)(a) of the Regulations for the Registration of Private Higher Education Institutions, 2002, to offer the following programmes which have been duly accredited until 31 December 2011:

Department of Education - Private Higher Education Institution Certificate

Regenesys has also been granted provisional registration as a Further Education and Training Institution  under the Further Education and Training Act, 2006 ( Act No.16 of 2006).  Valid until 31 December 2015, registration number 2009/FE07/023.

Various learning programmes are accredited by respective SETAs and other ETQAs
