Learnership Management

The Regenesys Centre for Educational Management is ideally suited to assist learners, employers and providers in addressing the challenges as experienced through the implementation of learnerships. We can assist training institutions or a workplace in the development of a Learnership Performance Guide to assist in the implementation of a learnership that is effective, affordable and efficient. These challenges include:

• Assessment in the workplace
• Formative and Summative assessments
• Training gaps
• Monitoring and quality assurance of learnerships
• Evidence collection
• Portfolio of Evidence building

The Learnership Performance Guide assists the different role-players to a learnership in understanding their roles and responsibilities. It gives further guidance to facilitators on how to facilitate the training process, as well as assist in the formative and summative assessment of learners. The Guide also indicates how the qualification should be implemented, quality assured, assessed, moderated and reported on.

We are also very suited to project manage learnerships from the signing of the contracts, induction of learners to the implementation of the learnership. We will also perform the internal moderation and reporting on the learnership to all relevant parties as a value-adding activity.

The Regenesys Centre for Educational Management is also able to roll-out the training provision of a learnership and has successfully done so for many organisations, professional bodies and SETA’s.
