End-to-End Recognition of Prior Learning

The Regenesys Centre for Educational Management can assist an organisation by offering a wide range of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) services. The services that we offer range from consulting, evaluation, initial training, portfolio building to assessment and the recognition of prior learning and experience obtained.

Education Specific Qualifications

We offer a structured RPL process to assist education staff in recognizing their prior learning and obtaining a qualification. This will assist education staff in moving from a lower level to at least REQV 14.

Skills Programmes

The Regenesys Centre for Educational Management can assist learners by recognizing their prior learning that was obtained in the workplace or through formal and informal training. We follow a process of evaluation of prior learning against a unit standard, assistance in the completion of a portfolio as well as the compilation of all relevant evidence so that the learner can be declared competent against a specific unit standard.

Qualifications

We offer RPL services with regard to full qualifications. Each applicant will need to apply for recognition. Their prior learning will be evaluated, and this will be communicated through a report to the candidate. The applicant will then be able to make an informed decision on how to gather the necessary information or evidence, or whether to attend training in his or her quest to obtain a unit standard or unit standards.
